Shortly after making the loan, I was not able to repay the scheduled payments. I have a tax lien filed against me, and my pay has has been garnished. In the process of trying to make a repayment plan through a debt counseling company, they refuse to work with them. Meanwhile they call me numerous times per day and at least one email each day trying to collect. I have attached two of their most recent emails for your review. One, I consider to be threatening as they claimed to have reported my bad check to Contribution, a service of SCAN??? I never sent them... |

The Lender has submiited the debt to a third party collection agency - - - - - - NY who has harrassed my terminally ill husband home, threaten me with legal action advising me I needed to appear in my county court house in - hours, contacted my place of business - times. ... |
