Debt collector has violated FDCPA by failing to provide validation and history to an alleged collection account reporting on my credit report. After several attempts with communicating with the collection company and receiving no response for months, - dispute still resulted in the company verifying that the information was correct but it is not. The debt was paid to the original creditor before any collections began.
