i received a loan from ACE cash advance back in -, i filed for bankruptcy. i do n't believe the loan was including in the bankruptcy, but they have been threatening me with lawsuits and contacting all of my family members with threats and subpoenas as well. they call be at all hours of the days. leave several messages. they are harassing my family. they stated that they have information to contact me that i never provided and does not belong to me.
