Credit reporting company's investigation investigation took too long
Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long Georgia
I received a letter from Experian stating that they will not reinvestigate items that I have disputed which is against my rights. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against them for having incorrect information on my credit file. - has already removed the items, along with -. Experian has to do so as well. They have until Friday to remove these items or I will be filing a lawsuit for the full amount due to me because of their refusal to reinvestigate and remove these items. I have attached my intent to sue and the final dispute letter that I have sent them because they are breaking the law. I plan on suing for the full amount due to the full extent of the law. This has been going on for 10 months. Enough is enough.
