I USED MY - ATM CARD @ USbank ATM IN - GROCERY STORE ON -/-/16. I REQUESTED A $500.00 WITHDRAWAL. I 'VE DONE THIS FOR SEVERAL YEARS AT THIS ATM. I USUALLY GET - BILLS 0F $20.00 DENOMINATION. MY RECEIPT SHOWED A $500.00 WITHDRAWAL, & WHEN I IMMEDIATELY CHECKED FOR ACCURACY @ THE CUBICLE TO THE LEFT OF THE MACHINE, I DISCOVERED I HAD - $20.00 BILLS, - $5.00 BILLS, & - $1.00 BILLS FOR A TOTAL OF - BILLS WORTH $390.00! I IMMEDIATELY WENT TO THE USbank BRANCH NE-T TO THE ATM TO THE ATM MACHINE & COMPLAINED TO A TELLER. SHE CALLED HER BRANCH MANAGER, & HE DECLARED THE ATM MACHINE HAS NEVER BEEN WRONG. HE ALSO SAID I HAVE TO FILE A CLAIM THRU MY BANK ACCORDING TO REGULATION E.
THE ONLY STATEMENT I COULD GET FROM USbank WAS THE BRANCH MANAGER 'S BUSINESS CARD. I CALLED - WHEN I GOT HOME & FILED A COMPLAINT. ON -/-/16, I CALLED USbank & WAS TOLD THE SAME BALONEY, ALTHOUGH THIS BANK EMPLOYEE ACKNOWLEDGED ATM SHORTAGES ARE - - & BLAMED - OR WHATEVER COMPANY SERVICES THE ATM MACHINES. I ALSO FILED A POLICE REPORT WITH THE - PD, NV ON -/-/16. HOWEVER, ON -/-/16, - PD INFORMED ME THAT THIS WAS A CIVIL MATTER! THUS A USbank ATM SHORT- CHANGED ME $100.00, & THIS IS CONSIDERED A CIVIL MATTER. I CLAIM THIS IS OUTRIGHT " THEFT! '' I RECEIVED - BILLS & ONLY - WERE $20.00 DENOMINATIONS. THE ATM MACHINE EITHER - UP OR SOMEONE ( S ) - WITH THE MACHINE!
