Citibank Credit card department,
I have been using Citi credit cards for over 8 years and maintained a great credit status, i.e., no late payment and every monthly statement paid in full. This -, Citi suddenly closed all of my credit cards account without an explanation and refused to issue me the cash backs and mileage points that I earned before closure. And even worse, Citi billed me an annual fee for the AT & T card the month it closed my account and refused to refund me on that annual fee, which was pre-charged for year 2017 and when Citi failed to provide further credit card service. Citi failed to provide a reason on why my accounts were closed, and responded arrogantly when inquired, twice. Citi failed to realize the fact their customer service encouraged me making more utilization of Citi cards over other credit cards like - or - ( before closure ) is the reason I shifted my major spending to Citi cards. Also Citi failed to see my opportunity cost of using Citi cards against other cards and refused to issue my EARNED mileage points and cash back, i.e., I could have been using - cards and accumulating - membership points. My request from Citi is following : 1. Refund the prepaid annual fee of AT & T in full as Citi no longer be able to provide service on this card and ; 2. Issue the Thank You points and cash back that I EARNED. 3. Explain why my accounts had been closed when I had no late payment or a statement not paid in full since the beginning of my credit history.
