Credit reporting company's investigation investigation took too long
Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long Georgia
I have repeatedly disputed these inquiries with Experian, I set my dispute certified mail. Experian did n't respond within the 30 days which is a violation of the FCRA - -. The FCRA states that the only permissible purpose for pulling someone 's credit report is a ) firm offers b ) insurance c ) employment or d ) a court order. I did n't authorize any of these inquiries. I sent dispute letters to Experian and dispute letters to the furnisher and they never sent me a copy of my signature or a contract, these inquiries are still not deleted from my credit report. These inquiries are affecting my credit score. I attached a copy of the companies that pulled my credit, whom I did not give permission to do so. Please remove these inquiries from my credit report immediately.
