Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Pennsylvania

I sent a letter to Equifax on - -, 2016 requesting to remove - hard inquiries from my credit report. These were unauthorized and fraudulent credit inquiries under my credit report. On - I received email with credit file : - -, 2016, Confirmation number : -. There was the same exact responses for all the hard inquiries : Inquiries are a factual record of file access. I did n't get any proof of my signed authorization for these inquiries. I am requesting Equifax to remove these from my credit report immediately.
