Citibank Credit card department,
I always paid my Citi Card online and opted out of paper statements. About three weeks ago my online payment option was NOT available to me. It said " service not available '' when I clicked Payment option. I got a late fee -/-/- and was due for another late fee in -/-/-. I called CITI CARD at -. I asked them to get rid of my late fee. They told me they had NO idea why my payment option did n't work. They refused. I said cancel the card. They bumped me to a manager. She also did n't waive my fee or assist me. Said I would have to call tech support. I said cancel my card and pass me to tech support. She was rude and cancelled my account. After she cancelled I refreshed my browser and all of a SUDDEN MY PAYMENT OPTION WORKED. I paid off my balance and the payment went through. I was SCAMMED by CITI CARD. It was a -. I had the account for 7 years. I was scammed by CITI.
