I do not know Communication tactics Used obscene/profane/abusive language Maryland

I was call by - for a debt for a jared account I was threatened over the phone but never made a complaint but i have records of paying this collection dept. - took my payments for collection now 2 years later - has taken up collection for jared ... this is very suspect ... that is why I am writing this statement Thank you
