Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Michigan

I have filed several complaints with Equifax, - & - in regards to information from a creditor in regards to some medical bills that I am not aware of from - - - in -, MI. I have filed several complaints with the creditor and credit bureaus with no success in having them removed. I have been doing the run around game with the credit bureaus since - of - and they refuse to fix the problem.
