Credit reporting company's investigation investigation took too long
Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long Florida
On - -, 2016, I submitted a complaint ( - ) against Experian. They have not responded to the dispute in the allotted time ( 30 Days ), nor is the information directly verified from the United States Bankruptcy Court. Experian has violated the FCRA Section 609 a 2 ) and Section 611, paragraph ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ). Under the FCRA, the Credit Reporting Agency is required to verify disputes directly with the lender. Therefore, the lender would be the United States Bankruptcy Court. By using - -, a third party information provider, you have failed to verify this information. The courts DO NOT report any information to the credit bureaus other than my name, address, zip code and last - numbers of the social security number.
I am again formally requesting a copy of any documents, bearing my signature, showing that I have a legally binding contractual obligation to pay you the alleged amount. Please provide the following : ( a ) The name of the courthouse ; ( b ) the person 's name they verified the dispute with ; ( c ) the address ; ( d ) the telephone number ; and ( e ) the documentation used to verify the dispute. An employee looking at their computer screen, seeing my name listed in their database is NOT verification or validation of any alleged debt. If this is not removed forthwith, my next communication with you will be taking you to court and filing a complaint with the Attorney General. I am a serious person and I 'm not playing games here.
