Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
Synchrony Bank which issues Sam 's Club credit cards is pulling a " - -. '' For the past two months I have been charged late fees and interest on my balance without receiving a statement from them or the statement arrived two days after I was emailed that late fees and interest was charged to my account. Furthermore, I have paid my balance on time and there is no record of it on my statement. When I tried to resolve this matter with the bank with a supervisor I was put on hold for 10 minutes as part of a avoidance tactic. When I called back again to speak with customer service, I was disconnected. I tried again and I was disconnected. It is my opinion that this another tactic banks are using to - customers into paying monthly late fees and interest in an attempt to improve their bottom line. I want those late fees removed and all interest charges removed from my account immediately. This is another example of how banks like - - and Synchrony are - unsuspecting customers to their benefit.
