Equifax Credit reporting department,

Incorrect information on credit report Account terms Delaware

I had - separate debts with the department of veterans affairs. These debts have been paid off and now have a zero balance. I have disputed this information 3 times with Equifax and they refuse to update this information correctly even after providing letters from the VA to them showing zero balance. I spoke with the VA and they advised they reported zero balance to Equifax for these accounts.
