I have a few issues with the investigation that Equifax did. I sent them a letter stating some errors I saw on my credit report and their response was completely unacceptable. All throughout the letter they state, " We have verified this account as yours or belongs to you. '' never, in any part of my letter to them did I state that the mentioned accounts were not mine. Not only did I point out the errors but I made it clear that I was not disputing that the accounts were mine, only the missing information, and issues with the payment history. I do n't think that Equifax read my complaint at all! I ca n't believe that they would send me such a horrible response, I am genuinely concerned about my credit report and what is being reported on it and it is Equifax responsibility to make sure it is correct. I am demanding these be fixed and my complaint to be read by a real life, breathing, thinking human being so that my voice is heard.
