The bank USAA refuse to remove my name from a credit card over which I have no control. The card is not in my possession, it belongs to my ex-wife. She has complete control over the card, it 's balance and all payments associated with the account. It also carries a high balance, and this negatively affects my credit rating. I simply want to have my name removed from the account and to have my credit rating restored.
