I financed a - - thru regional acceptance in - - I put $4500.00 and have paid my notes on time every month except the lst 2 because I am trying to get out of this contract and with someone else. I owe more now than I financed. I got 2 deferrments because my mom had an - and I took off work to care for her until she passed away and they charged me almost as much as the note to defer it, not to my knowledge. I have tried to refinance it or trade it in but I owe $10000.00 more than it is worth and the other companies den me because regional acceptance says I have poor payment history which is not true. I have been trying to rebuild my credit with this loan, but my debt ratio is going up even though I am paying the note. I have chevked into a couple of class action lawsuits against this company but I am at a loss.
