I have on-line banking with Suntrust in Florida but am currently living in the -. I need to wire transfer a large sum of money for my living expenses to my - bank account but Suntrust are refusing to allow me to do so. They say I need a wire transfer PIN number and the only way to get one is by visiting my branch in Florida. I am financially unable to comply with this unreasonable demand.
