Citibank Credit card department,

Late fee New Jersey

Citi bank charged me late fee and interest for the payment not paid on time due to technical issues at my bank. As soon as I learned the issue, I arranged payment from a different bank one day after the deadline and I alerted Citi bank right away. It charged me a fee anyway.
