On -/-/2016. I started an application for a mortgage with Cardinal Financial Company , LP dba Sebonic Financial. I was charged - dollars to order an appraisal on the property I was buying. On -/-/-, before the appraiser was even ordered by Cardinal Financial. I changed my mind about working with Cardinal Financial, and asked them to cancel my appraisal, and reverse my charges. On -/-/- I received an email from - -, the loan originator I was working with at Sebonic. He wrote ; " Not ignoring this request, I 'm just waiting on confirmation that your appraisal refund has been processed and will follow back up with you. Hopefully, everything is going well for you '' We 've been going back and forth. Him telling me the refund was being processed, and I saying that I have not received it. As of today -/-/2016. I have yet to receive a refund from Sebonic Financial.
