Credit reporting company's investigation investigation took too long
Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long Georgia
The issue is that -, -, and Transunion have not removed information off of my report that does n't belong to me. I started this process with them in - and it is -. I have been more than patient. At this point I have obtained an attorney to start the process of filing a small claims case against all - bureaus. There is information on my report that does not belong to me and I have stated that every month. At this point the Bureaus have stopped responding to me. This is their final chance to do right, by removing these items off of my report before they are contacted by my attorney. There are also several addresses on my reports that do not belong to me either. Attached to this complaint are word documents of each bureau with everything that should not be on there. Addresses included. It is my expectation that they remove the items after I have been disputing these items for 10 months. If not, they are facing a lawsuit.
