On -, I was in contact with a manufacturer for some items out of - -, and we agreed on - payments ( - for $150.00 transaction ID - and - for $120.00 transaction ID - ). The items have not been made, they have not been shipped, the manufacturer wo n't send pictures of the items because they items do not exist, and all I get is excuses. I had originally been quoted 30-45 days from date of first payment. As of -, I was told the items were turned back at customs. I reached out to PayPal for a dispute, but since I was assured on day 15 of the 20-day window for the dispute the items would be done, the dispute was closed. -, I reached out to PayPal and they told me they wo n't open a claim because I did n't follow up in the 20-day timeframe, and my bank only allows disputes after 60 days of initial transaction.
