This is a follow up to Case number : -. The company, American Credit Acceptance continues to call me with dead air voicemails. One voicemail appears that the person calling is talking to someone else, while another appears that they are eating. Multiple times over the past two months, I have requested for a due date change. This is due to my pay cycle changing. It was explained that my due date can change upon bringing account current. In attempts to resolve the situations, I attempted to reach out to " - - '' at " -- '' on multiple occasions with no reply being received. This attempt to reach out to the " Customer Relations Manager '' is not proving to be providing good customer relations. ACA 's website offers an option to send an e-mail, from their secured website. I have attempted to send multiple e-mails, received no replies. Their website includes a fax number, so I thought I would fax a written request to change the due date. The fax failed on three different attempts with a message of " No Answer ''. ACA is the worst company with the worst customer service. As I have been


a drop of a hat. During my last attempt to resolve, I had spent 45 minutes of my day ( which I later had a discussion with my manager about me not being available ) playing phone tag. During my last attempt to resolve, I had to explain to multiple people the arrangement ... ..was told to make one payment, call back at the end of the month with the next payment, but when I called back, there was no record of such arrangement and had to explain for a total of four times the arrangement. This company is extremely unprofessional and does not care about their customers. I am attempting to get ahead, but this company makes it difficult to work with.
