I submitted a dispute to - regarding - - - for a collection account that I did not recognize. During the investigation all - Credit Bureau 's place a dispute as well as for - that I did not know at that time it was linked to - - -. When the investigation was complete I received the results online but did not get any verification signature from either company stating that the account was mine. I received a notification on my credit monitoring that - was removed on - -, 2016 then readded back to my credit report on the same day - -, 2016 as a new account. I then contacted the credit bureau 's about reinserting the account without being properly notified.
