BB&T Financial Credit card department,
My credit card account was closed due to inactivity. I was not notified this would be happening. I have/had $610.00 in rewards associated with the account and now they are saying since the account was closed they are forfeited. I feel this is an unfair business practice since I had been a good customer and earned rewards for my purchases. They should have notified me that my account would be closed for inactivity. Had I known, I would have claimed my rewards and possibly used the account to keep it open. At this point, I would like to claim the rewards that I had earned which was $610.00.
