First issue was that I had a very sick pet. I used the card for the vet bill. The company provided no warning that I was going over my credit limit. They charged a fee. I paid fee and started to be very careful with card. Next issue, in - 2016 the bill was due on the -. Bill arrived on the -. I always pay all my bills that arrive during the week on the Sunday, in this case the -. I opened the bill to discover that I was past due. Of course, even if I had opened the bill on the - I would not have had time to get the payment to them through the mail. I have noticed that this company has been mailing its bills later and later in the cycle. So many months ago I had set up, on the Internet, a bill warning alert, with them, to alert me 10 days before bill was due. Apparently, when the company was sold all these warnings were removed. Resulted in a late payment fee of $27.00. I paid them on the Internet as soon as I noticed that I was overdue on the -. I sent them a note about the late arrival of the bill on the - and have not received a response. Interestingly, this month 's bill, -, arrived early as it should.
