Dear Sir/Madam, After changing my address at USPS, Suntrust Bank sent a notice that my mail address has changed. I have never had an account with Suntrust! After calling them, they said I have a loan account with 0 balance. They created a fake account under my name for their purposes I am thinking like - - did. Please have an inquiry on this matter
