Credit reporting company's investigation no notice of investigation status/result
Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation No notice of investigation status/result Puerto Rico
I disputed - accounts on my credit report. I received notification that the investigations were complete but the accounts still remained on my credit reports even though they should have been deleted or updated. In my opinion, There was no investigation done at all. 1. ) The - - ... .account was not updated at all. I have a 60 day late payment back in - - but I never had a late payment. The - - and the - - payment data was fine so how could I have a 60 days late in -? This account was NEVER late. 2. ) - - - - ... should be deleted from my report. I do not owe - any balance. Experian says that they investigated it but it had not been updated since - -. This is a violation of the FCRA. 3. ) - - - - ... This account should be deleted from my report. My account with - had been closed and I do not owe any balance. This is a violation of the FCRA 4. ) - $140.00 ... This should be deleted from my report. The status had not been updated since - -. This balance was paid years ago and it is such an insignificant amount. It needs to be deleted. This is just harassment!
