There is debt in my name for a former auto loan. The debt is with Ally Bank. This creditor gave my personal information to an unauthorized third party over the phone. They did not try to verify my information ( social security number, address, DOB or even my name. ) The creditor then gave all of my personal information and information about the debt to a third party.
