I rented a car using my - card. when I returned the card I paid with my US Bank card. I was then charged with a fee from my - card for 1 day and a fee from my US Bank for -. I reported the issue to US Bank. They returned the amount in 15 days. US Bank later reversed the charge and charged me - again. They said they mailed a letter requesting addtional documents that I never received. Its been 15 days and Im still waiting to have the fee reversed from US Bank. I called and they said they have all my documents however nothing has been done.
