FHA mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account Michigan

My Homeowner 's and Taxes are escrowed each month. My Mortgage Company, Roundpoint Mortgage Servicing failed to pay my insurance premium and my Homeowners lapsed. I had to pay this out of my own pocket to get re-instated. I can not get an answer to any of my attempts at reaching this company by phone, e-mail, certified letter, fax or secure message through their website. I can not get any answers from them as to why this happened. The funds are there, they just chose not to pay my premiums.
