In -, I signed up for a Citigold account via a promotional offer ( - ) that advertised - - - miles after completion of two requirements : $1000.00 dollars in qualifying debit card purchases and one ( 1 ) or more qualifying bill payments for two ( 2 ) consecutive calendar months, with all requirements to be completed within sixty ( 60 ) days of account opening. I was told I had been enrolled for the offer and just needed to complete the above requirements in order to obtain my bonus. So I completed these requirements within the allotted time, confirmed conditions were met with Citibank, and waited for my points to arrive. After more than 90 days had passed, I had still not received my bonus, so sent an inquiry via secure message. I was told to continue waiting. After more time had passed, I reached out again, and was told they would investigate the bonus offer. It was then concluded that I would not receive a bonus. I was eligible under the terms and conditions and met the requirements, yet they still would not make good on their bonus offer.
