Transunion, I disputed - as my - account was paid in full. Two days later, their investigation was complete with " No Change ''. Quick response, I questioned if they even checked the account. I then called Transunion and disputed it again. Result, " No Change ''. So, I contacted - & faxed a document to Transunion that showed two - ) " If I did not pay in full, I would be subject to collections ''. 2 ) My balance with - was $1000.00, this same document showed $1000.00 was paid in full. Result, " No Change ''!!! I call Transunion asking what more can I do to get this issue corrected? They proceed to tell me that I should send in more documents! I asked, " What more is there to send in when I had already sent in the receipt showing this account was paid ''? He told me it was up to - to correct this issue. I asked him " Why is it that whatever - - says, it 's the gospel truth ''? Where are my rights as a consumer? My - account was paid in full. All my payments were paid to -. Once again, I was told to send more documents in. I gave up at this point. This has kept me from refinancing my car to a lower interest rate. I am so frustrated!!! Thank you for your assistance.
