Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long Florida

/I requested a 7 day trial period for $1.00 and sent in a termination request within 1 day and they a/re charging me for a service I do not want nor have used. Return my $21.00 charged on -/-/16 to my credit card. That was my kids lunch monies -!
