I have a durable power of attorney for my mother 's Wells Fargo credit card account. Sent copy of POA to Wells Fargo twice. Wrote letters twice. They acknowledged each time in writing. Despite the effort on my part, Wells Fargo continues to deny me access to the account. Customer Service makes NO EFFORT to resolve. Just refuses to help.
