We have a client in distress we have submitted - offers to the bank we call in every week to check on the status the negotiators " are n't available '' we get have answers and are not properly informed of what is needed on the file. Everytime we send in a document the have - days to review the document and if they need something further they mail the request to an empty house instead of reaching out to the attorney and individual in our office handling the file or heaven forbid telling our office what they need when we call in. We have lost - buyers and about to lose a - buyer because of delays and lack of ability for SPS to move forward appropriately and work with us on getting this file completed. They have no concern for the homeowner and not desire to work with the seller in getting this completed. They wo n't fax a request, call us or email us. They send their request to an empty house.
