On multiple occasions over the years, I have fully paid off a balance on my Macy 's store credit card a few weeks before the payment due date. I still receive a bill the following month for $2.00 listed as a minimum interest Charge, but the detail lists the interest charge as $0.00 with the $2.00 listed under fees. There should be no interest charge on an account that has been paid in full prior to the payment due date. No other credit card I have has ever had any fee after the full balance was paid off.
