Wells Fargo & Company Debt collection department,
Credit card Communication tactics Frequent or repeated calls California
A business debt of my husband - at Wells Fargo was overdue and because of no contact from -, Wells emptied my bank account and took -. I called the Wells contact in their collections dept ( - ) and she needed to talk to my husband and get permission to discuss adjudicating this account with me which was done. I told - my rent check was going to bounce, I had - kids under - yo and I 'm -. I offered -/Month payment until I could pay more ( debt was - ) and offered tax returns/paycheck stubs/income verification and - refused anything less than $ -/month. We paid off a larger ( $ - in cash and in full - years ago with -! ), however, I started a small business in - and have grown my family. My rent check bounced and added more money and less than a week after my conversation with - from Wells they took another $3100.00 ( which was to cover my rent ) and when I spoke to - she said it was because she called my husband and he did n't call back ( her reason for taking the original $2100.00 was due to no contact from my husband ), but I said I am the contact person I 've been trying to work with you. Is that the loophole You call the wrong person and no contact means take all our money I said I wanted to record our call and she refused to talk to me any further even when I said I would not record it she said she did n't believe me and would not/could no tell me legally how they could take over - % of total debt due from a family of - ( - ) who made $ - -/-/-? Wells refused to work with us!
