According to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ( HIPAA ) Act of 1996 to protect my privacy and medical records from third parties I have never authorized the company named 'Credit Control Co ' to access ANY of my or families medical records from - Hospital -. I have contacted them for them to prove to me that I authorized them to have access to my families medical records and they sent me bills, dates of service, and personal information that does NOT verify I gave them permission to access. They have broken the HIPAA law regarding privacy.
