R & B Corporation of Virginia Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt January 31, 2017 - On -/-/2017 I spoke with - ( extension - ) at Credit Control Corporation who was not able to give me any information on the alleged debt that I owed and refused to answer any of my questions. She was not able to provide me any form of evidence with my signature on it between me, them, or -. I have no dealings with this company and owe them no debt. They are illegally reporting this on my credit profiles and it is adversely affecting my credit score. R & B Corporation of Virginia Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt September 20, 2016 - According to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ( HIPAA ) Act of 1996 to protect my privacy and medical records from third parties I have never authorized the company named 'Credit Control Co ' to access ANY of my or families medical records from - Hospital -. I have contacted them for them to prove to me that I authorized them to have access to my families medical records and they sent me bills, dates of service, and personal information that does NOT verify I gave them permission to access. They have broken the HIPAA law regarding privacy.... |
