Credit reporting company's investigation investigation took too long
Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long Ohio
My original dispute was sent certified mail to Experian on - -, 2016 ( Report Number - ). Experian responded within 30 days verifying certain items. Based on that investigation I sent another letter on -/-/2016 requesting the Method of Verification ( MOV ) for the items that was verified. Experian on - -, 2016 failed to provide myself, the consumer with documents, addressing the exact procedures they used in the investigation to ascertain the items as verified. My intended purpose of this is to know if Experian contacted the furnisher of debt directly, or used a third party ( if so who? ) and what documents was used to verify items as accurate. According to FCRA Section 611 ( a ) ( 7 ) that governs the request for MOV, Experian had 15 days to respond. They failed to deliver a proper response within allowable time. Experian 's inaction and non-compliance in this matter is inexcusable, and their disregard for the law is contemptible. On - -, 2016, I notified Experian of my intent to file a complaint, if they did not delete and remove all the disputed items as pursuant to FCRA 611 ( 15 U.S.C. 1681I ). Note : Experian has circumvented and abused the legal system, by responding to every letter I sent, regardless as to the content, as a new claim to reset the clock.
