I have - issues with Equity Accelerator program offered by LoanCare : Issue # 1 : I closed my account with LoanCare on -/-/2016 ( see first enclosed letter ). When I closed my account, there was a remaining account balance of $3200.00. According to a LoanCare customer service representative, a check for this amount was mailed to me on -/-/2016. The customer service representative said the check should arrive in 7-10 business days. It has been over 10 business days, and I have not received the check. I contacted LoanCare again on -/-/- to ask for a status on my check. The customer service representative said I should wait for two more days, and that she would contact me to verify that I received my check. She never called back and I did n't receive the check. I contacted LoanCare again on -/-/-. This time I was told to call back on Friday, -/-/- and request to be reimbursed one more time. In the meantime, I have a mortgage payment due on -/-/- and was planning on using the reimbursement check from LoanCare to pay my mortgage. I 'm running out of time. Can you help me please? Issue # 2 : According to an LoanCare customer service representative, a check was mailed to me on -/-/- and then again on -/-/- for an agreement reached between - - and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) regarding unfair/misleading practices ( see second enclosed letter ). I never received this check. I sent an e-mail to the LoanCare Redress Administrator and received a response that it 's too late to receive this check and that I should contact the CFPB.
