Synchrony Financial Credit card department,

Cash advance Wyoming

On -/-/2016 PayPal Extras Master Card declined - cash advance transactions, but then charged me for them anyway. They refuse to reverse the charges unless I produce a receipt- which I do not have because I have never had a credit card company charge me for a transaction THEY declined.
