Synchrony Financial Credit card cash advance January 19, 2017 - On my Chevron Texaco card I have - balances, - for purchases and - for cash advances at a higher interest rate. I called because I wanted to pay my minimum and to make an additional payment to pay off my cash advance and was told I ca n't do that. In order to pay off my cash advance I have to pay off the purchases portion first. This seems wrong to me. I would never have used the cash advance feature if I had known this.... |
