Closing/Cancelling account Tennessee

Discover Card will not close my zero balance accounts. Als I am receiving credit card offers at my house, sent to my - - - son. I have called many times to stop the mailings but to no fix. I even moved, ( my son does n't live with me he is in the armed forces 13 years now ) They followed to my new address when I did. Change of address, just in my name. Called son and he says he is also having exact same -. Problems They wo n't close accounts and constantly send credit card offers which he does no want. The time period of this is over the last 13 years. I declared bankruptcy during that time and they still send offers.
