Tuesday, - -, 2016 Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau : I must file a complaint against my bank PNC. The bank has dug up my records and called my mother tonight at - EST regarding my credit card. I know that I have rights and one of them is to not to involve my family. I have never provided PNC with my mother 's phone number because we live in different states. This is intentional way of scaring me and bullying. Moreover, I experienced fraud in - 2016 with PNC and filed a previous CFPB complaint. Here is the case number : -. PNC knew about my bank fraud situation because on - -, I filed a fraud complaint with PNC. Obviously, this is intimidation. This has just happened tonight.
