Citibank Credit card department,
Citicard : I subscribed to paperless billing and pay out of my bank account. I provided CITI with bank info. They did not deduct amount due, then claimed I was late, charged a late fee and interest. I decided to close account and pay, but I think this may be a scam and want to report it. I never received a paper bill, although requesting it.
