Unsolicited issuance of credit card Pennsylvania

My husband obtained a Best Buy credit card and I DID NOT apply for this card. Best Buy added my name to the card as an authorized user at some point. My husband 's failure to make payments has resulted in my credit being negatively impacted. Best Buy refuses to supply the original credit application to verify who signed up for this card. They continue to say that I am responsible for this debt.
