I reported a fraud claim to US BANK on -/-/2016. Their policy is to provide provisional credit in 10 business days. They have yet to do that and they have n't sent me anything in the mail regarding paperwork, etc. I have spoke with them on numerous occasions up until -/-/2016. Nothing has been resolve.
