I applied for a Citibank credit card in - 2016 and paid the first bill. They say I asked for paperless billing, WHICH I DID NOT. They continued to send me e-bills and I ignored them as I thought they were spam. This month I tried to close the account and they said I owed them almost $4000.00. I finally was able to download all the bills and found there were $3400.00 in purchases, $210.00 in finance charges, and $160.00 in late fees. I have called Citibank 4 times and was told a supervisor was not available but would call me back. I never got a call back.
